Types of Recruiter Call
A recruiter call is typically a first contact call to confirm the information a company has gained from a resume, and explore the likelihood of a fit between the candidate and company.
These may be taken by an external recruiter, and external recruiter embedded in the company, an internal recruiter, a member of the technical or even the CTO or Founder.
Most of the nuts and bolts of the calls turn out to be the same, but this particular article focuses on dealing with a recruiter within the firm and these type of interviews tend to last from 15 minutes to half an hour.
